What tribe is missing in Moses’ blessing?

Simeon

Moses did not mention the "Simeon" in his blessing. Jacob had prophesied that God would scatter the Simeonites in Israel (Gen. 49:7). You can check Gen 49:1-21 posting. Simeonites received their allotment from among Judah’s allotment. The Simeonites became absorbed into the other tribes, primarily Judah.

Jacob’s blessing focuses on Judah and Joseph. Mosos’ blessing has more for Levi and Joseph.
