Q2. Verses 43 – 45 conclude the land allotment. How many times does the Bible emphasize that the promise given to their ancestors was fulfilled?
Three.
The Levites were scattered and lived among the Israelites. They lived on the tithe of their fellow Israelites. They were supposed to teach and lead the Israelites to God’s way.
We Christians live among the world, neighboring and interacting with non-Christians. We are the salt and the light, just as the Levites were called to be on that day.
