To the Ocean When Water is IN

This boat used to sail when water was high.

There are seasons of high tide and low tide in God’s work—
seasons of revival and seasons of drought.

When the tide rises, that is the time to row forward and go deeper. If we stay near the shore, we will be stranded when the water recedes.

Right now, East Africa feels like a high tide. Hearts are open, and the gospel is moving. But when prosperity grows, people often feel less need for God, and a spiritual drought can follow.

It happened to Israel after they entered Canaan—dependence faded in times of abundance.

So we must work while the water is high, go Depper now, and prepare for the dry season. It will come.
